Auction No Comments »

Current bid at $600.00

Jay Livsiey, nearly 50, recently retired from the Pennsylvania State Police.  He has been in an ongoing life altering struggle with Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia since December 2010.  Told to go home and get his affairs in order Jay has survived through years of chemo, bone marrow transplants, the love of his wife and family, community support, and his indomitable spirit.  Presently told he has a weeks to months left,  Jay is making a last ditch effort for treatment in an experimental program at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.

This original watercolor painting “Early Spring” by artist Glenn Blue is the same scene Glenn did for the 2006 national Art in The Parks Exhibition, in Jackson Wyoming.  This painting’s image size is 18 ½” x14” and will be in a modest display mat and frame for a total size of 25”x19”.  This painting would sell for $1800.00 in Glenn’s Gallery or exhibitions.

“Early Spring” is a glowing watercolor up for auction, with all proceeds going to Jay T. Livziey, P.O. Box 345, Blakeslee, PA 18610-0345.

You can bid on this watercolor via Glenn Blue’s Facebook at:

Or you can email your bid to Glenn:

This auction will continue for the month of March and end April 1st.

Remember you are bidding to help potentially save a hero’s life.  That makes this painting priceless.  But it will start for a value less than the matting alone.  $99.00

Shipping will be the responsibility of the winning bidder and options can be discussed with Glenn.  Free delivery within an hour of Lancaster City.  Paypal and Credit cards are accepted.
